Climate change and development metrics and modeling

The focus of the research on climate change and development metrics regards new methods for integrating development metrics into climate change models and decisions.  This is especially important following the Paris Agreement on climate change under which countries need to plan greenhouse gas emissions targets, taking into account development synergies and trade-offs.

The Challenge Institute has been developing the Climate Change and Development Model (ccDev) to assess the impact of climate interventions on development metrics.
